Hey! We achieved the Hibiscus Award! :) That's the better award for a first-timer school. The basic award is Palm, and we surpassed that! :) Next year, we'll need to achieve Orchid! :) Am looking for pupils who are willing to help out next year's P4s. :) Anyone interested, do let me know. Thanks! :)

Yu Chen's respond to 3R City

1. I think the game was very fun and interesting. It has a lot of wonderful games and everyone will enjoy it. It made us more wanting to practice the 3Rs and help the world. I am sure that everyone would not want to live next to a landfill or Incineration Plant! The games teach us a lot of things, I hope to have this kind of games again and we'll learn more about the 3Rs!

2. I will pratise the 3Rs everyday. I will also encorage people to do the same too. I will use my own clothbag instead of plastic bag that we got from the shops, they pollute the air. We must buy things with Singapore Green Labels on them.( I don't often see them:( )

3. The world will be extremely hot as the ice in the cold countries are melting. We will be also living next to a landfill, Incineration Plant or in a garbage dump. A lot of people will have special diseases and more peole will get athsma. There will be air pollution too!

Rui Han's Respond to 3R City

1. I find the 3R City game fun and interesting. It is full of striking and fabulous games and tips that can remind us to practise the 3Rs. I will recommend the game to my relatives, neighbours and friends. They can have fun while they learn about the importance of recycling and protecting the environment.

2. I can set an example by practising what I had learnt, such as using paper or shopping bags to carry groceries and others but not asking for plastic bags, as they will pollute the environment when are incinerated and will fill up more land if buried. Residents must also do their part by reducing, reusing and recycling things.

3. If everyone does not co-operate by practising the 3Rs, illness and diseases will spread and people will fall sick easily. Hospitals and clinics will be full of patients. That means more medicine have to be made and thus, more land must be needed for factories. Poisonous gases from the factories will pollute the air and environment. People will not have comfortable lives to live in anymore. And soon, there will be too much rubbish and no landfills. There won't be any other ways to get rid of those useless things as people can't incinerate them, the air is polluted too much. So people will live in rubbish without anything. Then they will know how important recycling is.

  3. if everyone does not put in effort to recycle, the world will become a great disaster as there will be more disease and people would fall sick easily.

Si Xian's respond to 3R City

1.I enjoyed the 3R city a lot.I find that it was very interesting and fun.I like the game very much. I had learnt a lot about our environment and we must protect it.

2.I think the government should let us practice the 3Rs and put more recycling bins but not waste bins around the environment.

3. Diseases will soon spread and the people will be sick and the whole world will be in a state of chaos. If we continue to make so much rubbish, maybe one day we will run out of space and the environment wil be polluted!
